We are 100% Australian made. We make all our paint in our warehouse in Sydney.
Exterior paint is made so that is durable against harsher conditions such as changing temperatures, humidity and direct sunlight. The exterior paint is the same as our interior paint however with added characteristics to withstand these harsher conditions.
For any product return, please contact Paint Online by phone or email to establish an initial contact and reasons for the return. This includes products that carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Most online purchases can be returned or exchanged within 14 days by mail. Any cost incurred by the consumer in sending return & exchange items due to change of mind will be borne by the consumer and a 25% re-stocking fee will apply.
However, please check your order when it arrives. Claims made for incorrect supply, short supply, items damaged in transit or any discrepancies with regards to an invoice must be made within two days of the delivery date.
